The British Racing School, in partnership with the West Suffolk College, is hosting a photographic exhibition event to celebrate the work of students who have used the horseracing industry as a focus for their studies.

The private exhibition, named 'The Other Side of the Fence' will showcase the work of twenty second year national diploma photography students, who took photographs of several areas of the Newmarket horseracing scene over a two month period in Autumn of this year. Some of the locations featured in the artistic scenes include the Newmarket Heath and the Gallops, Newmarket Racecourse, the British Racing School and trainer George Margarson's yard.

The British Racing School are excited to be able to host this innovative event. Duncan Gregory, Operations Director at the British Racing School said, 'We are delighted to showcase this excellent collection of photographs that give a startlingly different perspective on racing from the training of staff and horses to a day's at the races'

The display of captivating imagery will be shown to industry insiders and associates of the West Suffolk College and their students in the second week of December at the British Racing School.

Amy Burns, Conference and Events Manager, commented 'It's fantastic that the Racing School has the opportunity to host 'The Other Side of the Fence'. Our highly flexible facilities mean we can accommodate all sorts of events in style; this photography exhibition demonstrates the capacity of the British Racing School to host the more unconventional types of occasion as well as the typical conferences and meetings which the School excels at.'

The British Racing School's unique venue has six flexible meeting rooms each offering a touch of racing history. The rooms can accommodate up to eighty delegates for a variety of events such as lectures, networking occasions, exhibitions and board meetings.
