BRS Investor in People
The British Racing School has once again met the standards for re-recognition as an Investor in People.
The investors in People Standards is a recognised professional quality standard which links the contribution of people in an organisation to business performance. The school was the first employer in racing to meet the standards back in 1995 and we have continued to champion if as a means of drawing up standards and demonstrating our efficiency and focus on quality.
The school was described as exemplary Investors in People organization. The report states "Working effectively towards clear goals, the staff and management team are both well qualified and passionate about their work! Amongst the strengths that were identified were:
- Innovative and forward thinking policy with regards future business proposals.
- Simple effective and logical development plans.
- Breadth of communications.
- Staff feel partners in proposals and are consulted in every step.
- Real world effective evaluation practice.
This independent report is yet further evidence of the professional standards which are present across the School and at every level. It also clearly demonstrates that we are committed to developing and improving an all aspects of our operation.
