Aidan attended a Conditional/Cat B Licence course at the British Racing School in February 2007 and following this received his Conditional Licence. During his 5 day course he impressed many people including the British Racing School Jockey Coach Richard Perham. Richard says "I remember writing my report on Aidan and saying that even at that stage he seemed to have everything that is needed to become a successful jockey. He presented himself well, was polite, keen to learn and most of all rode very well". Aiden received a similar report from the British Eventing Performance Coach Yogi Breisner (who delivers training on the principles of schooling horses at The British Racing School) getting above average remarks from most categories during his schooling session with him. Richard commented, "I recently walked the course before a Training Race series from Leicester with Aidan, Fearghal Davis and previous Hands & Heels winner John Kington. I was very impressed with their professional attitude and the way that they prepared for their races."

Aidan is currently second in the table with 33 points, 11 behind Kevin Tobin who has also won 2 races in the series.

Race six of the series takes place at Wetherby on the 12th January. Jockey Coach Jason Callaghan will be attending to walk the course and give the mandatory video review after the race. Click here for up to date points for the series.
