Our telephone system explained...

When you call this number you will be faced with 6 options:

Option 1 - 9 week foundation Course. This will put you through to the Recruitment Team of Aimee Hockley or Cherilyn Williams

Option 2 - All other courses. This is for any course other than the 9 week foundation course, including the transport qualification, and is also the option should you wish to discuss bespoke training. This option will put you through to Clare Higgins

Option 3 - The training office. The Training Team consists of:
Sarah Hayde: Work based training, pony racing, employer referrals, Flexible Learning Programme and Roving Assessor queries.
Paul Finch: LSC funding, Education Maintenance Allowance and contracts performance and management
Sue Donnelly: Advanced Apprenticeships (NVQ 3), Key Skills and exams.

Option 4 - Conference and Events. The conference and events manager is Amy Burns and this is the option to pick if you have any queries regarding bookings, quotations and information about our business facilities.

Option 5 - Finance. This option will put you straight through to the Finance Director, Gemma Dawson. If you have queries on specific sales/purchase invoices please speak to Sue Adams. She can be contacted by chosing option 0 from the main menu and asking for Sue Adams when speaking to our receptionist.
