If you answer “yes”, the BRS may ask you for further details. If you do not answer yes or no, your form will be returned for completion. If you are convicted of a criminal offence after completion of this form you should notify the BRS immediately. If you are remanded on bail for any offence it is unlikely that you will legally be able to attend a residential course and you should notify all relevant authorities of your application as part of the terms of your bail.
